Enrique Roces Salazar

A founding partner of RSB. He is a graduate in Law by the University of San Pablo CEU, Diploma in Community Law by the University of Alcalá, and Master in Tax Law by the Institute of Higher Education of the San Pablo Foundation CEU.

In January 2015, he founded RSB Tax & Legal. Until that moment, he was the Director of PwC in Asturias. With a professional career in the field of tax consulting that spans more than 25 years, he has extensive experience in providing advice to groups of companies, as well as in mergers and acquisitions, participating in relevant acquisition processes and in corporate reorganization projects.

Advisor to major companies in multiple Tax Agency inspection procedures and in appeals before the courts. He also has extensive experience in tax planning for family businesses and is an expert on the taxation of public entities.

He has cooperated as a professor of Tax Law in various Business Schools and has published a range of articles on tax issues in specialist publications. In addition, he has also appeared in the most prestigious “Best Lawyers” publications and was chosen “Best Lawyer” in the field of taxation for the years 2015 to 2021.
