Felipe Caicoya Sánchez

Director of RSB. He is a graduate in Business Administration by the University of Oviedo and holds a Master in Taxation by the Association of Economists of Asturias.

He joined RSB Tax and Legal in October 2015, having developed his professional career in several legal and tax consultancy firms over a period of 13 years, mainly in Garrigues, where he became an Associate.

He has extensive experience in advising corporate groups and public administrations. Felipe has played a major role in planning and implementing various corporate restructuring processes and is an expert on tax inspection processes. He has extensive experience in tax planning for family groups and planning succession processes; as well as providing the advice for non-profit entities.

Felipe is a frequent speaker at conferences, seminars and forums dealing with legal-taxation issues organised by various professional entities. He also publishes legal articles regularly in specialised magazines.
