We take part in the legal system of the business activity, which includes drafting and negotiating agreements inherent to the business of our clients. Analyses of crisis situations, for the purpose of providing comprehensive advice and management of the problems to crisis situations, for both creditors, when recovering and protecting their claims and improving the guarantee of collection, and debtors, whether in the economic-financial, commercial tax, labour or procedural fields.

Competition and EU Law

Advice in all the areas of expertise of Competition Law, such as the abuse of the dominant position, agreements and concerted practices, state aid, economic merger control, customs law and foreign trade. We also have extensive experience in unfair competition.

Intellectual and Industrial Property, Media and Data Protection

We offer legal services related to the procurement, protection and use of intangible assets, advising companies in their day-to-day activities and the most advanced topics of Intellectual Property, communication and data protection.

Family Business

Negotiation, drafting and implementation of family protocols, shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, internal regulations, last wills and testaments and other agreements as to succession, marriage settlements. In this area we also emphasize the execution of other legal transactions allowing the generational replacement and the study and development of organization charts and remuneration systems.

Litigation and Arbitration

We advise and provide legal assistance on civil and commercial disputes. Our experience in contentious and arbitration practice is complemented by all the firm’s practice areas.

Public Sector

Advise in the drafting of statements of claims and requests to public entities of central, regional and local administrations, providing support in the appropriate administrative procedures; we also advise on legal and administrative actions and administrative offences, as well as issues involving regulated sectors.

Establishing foreign companies in Spain

Specialised legal and tax advice to establish new companies, subsidiaries or branches based on foreign investments in Spain. We examine, from a commercial and tax point of view, the most suitable means of channelling the investment, whether it be a newly incorporated company (assessing the different types of companies that exist in Spain), a subsidiary, a branch, or a representative office.
