Pablo de Juan Fidalgo

Partner of RSB. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Oviedo, with academic studies at the Copenhagen Business School through the Erasmus programme.

In 2021, he joined RSB Tax & Legal. Previously, he had been a partner in the Tax Department of Garrigues from 2009 to 2020, working in the Oviedo and León offices. He was co-responsible for establishing the León office from 2002 to 2013 and became a partner in charge of the León area since then. Prior to that, he worked as a tax advisor at Arthur Andersen (1995 to 1997) and at Garrigues & Andersen (1997-2002).

With more than 25 years of professional experience, specialising in Tax, with extensive expertise in providing tax advice to family businesses and in the estate and inheritance planning of their partners, he has also been particularly dedicated to Corporate Tax, Consolidated Groups, business restructuring, corporate operations and refinancing, M&A, Private Equity and international taxation for all types of national and multinational companies and foundations of different sizes, with different organisational structures, and from various sectors.

Pablo de Juan Fidalgo has been an associate lecturer at various Business Schools, teaching subjects in the field of taxation, and director of an MBA specialising in Family Business. He is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences and has published numerous articles and specialised papers.

He is a member of the León Economists Association, where he served as secretary of its Governing Board, and of REAF and REFOR.

Member of SECOT (Spanish Seniors for Technical Cooperation).
